१. होमगार्ड नोंदणीचे अर्ज पुणे जिल्हया करीता दि.२६/०७/२०२४ ते दि. ११/०८/२०२४ या कालावधीमध्ये https://maharashtracdhg.gov.in/mahahg/login1.php या संकेतस्थळावर भरता येतील. अर्ज भरणेपुर्वी दिलेले माहिती पत्रक ऑनलाईन माहिती फक्त इंग्रजी या भाषेमधूनच भरायची असून माहिती भरताना अचूक व काळजीपूर्वक भरायची आहे. उदा. आधारकार्ड क्रमांक, जन्मदिनांक व्यवस्थित नोंद कराव्यात. एका उमेदवाराला आधारकार्ड क्रमांकाच्या सहाय्याने एकदाच अर्ज दाखल करता येईल.
२. उमेदवार ज्या भागातील रहीवासी आहे तो भाग ज्या पोलीस ठाणेच्या अंतर्गत येतो त्यांना त्याच पोलीस ठाणे अंतर्गत पोलीस ठाणे आणि पथकामध्ये त्याच जिल्हयात अर्ज दाखल करता येईल. इतर जिल्हयातील अर्ज बाद ठरतील.
३. अर्ज SUBMIT केल्यावर Print Registration Form या मेनू मध्ये जावून त्याची छायांकीत प्रत काढावयाची आहे. त्यावर उमेदवारांनी भरलेला सर्व मजकूर छापून येईल. त्यावर आपला वर्तमानातील एक फोटो चिटकवावा, मराठी मधील नाव उमेदवारानी स्वतः पेनानी लिहायचे आहे. इतर कोणतीही माहिती उमेदवारांनी भरू नये.
४. ऑनलाईन अर्ज भरण्याची अंतिम मुदत शेवटच्या दिवशी दि. ११/०८/२०२४ रोजी सायं. ५.०० वाजेपर्यंत राहील सर्व अर्जाची छाननी झाल्यानंतर कागदपत्र पडताळणी व शारिरिक क्षमता चाचणी करीता तारीख जाहीर करण्यात येईल.
५. कागदपत्र पडताळणी व शारिरिक क्षमता चाचणी करीता येताना अ.क्र. १. कमध्ये दर्शविल्याप्रमाणे सर्व आवश्यक कागदपत्रांच्या उमेदवारांनी स्वतः स्वाक्षरी (Self Attested) केलेल्या छायांकित प्रति अर्जासोबत जोडाव्यात. अर्ज नोंदणीच्या दिवशी स्वतः घेवून यावे. दोन फोटो व मुळ कागदपत्र नोंदणीच्या वेळी पडताळणी करीता बंधनकारक राहील.
